A three-day training workshop on effective workplace communication was arranged for Muslim Aid team members. The purpose of the training was to enhance the skills and capacity of the staff for their peak performance. 
Highly qualified trainers from Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) arranged various group activities on Believing in Team Work, Resolving Conflicts, Workplace Behaviour, Goal Setting and Communication & Culture.
Muslim Aid has designed and conducted various training workshops and sessions in collaboration with its partners for the capacity building of its staff. Three-day workshop on effective workplace communication was one of the trainings in curtailing communication barriers during team work.
